A facial reconstruction of King Richard III is unveiled by the Richard III Society in London, England.
Summary:
It was a shock to scientists to find King Richard III's remains buried under a parking lot in Leicester, England. Some historians say that this discovery may rewrite the story of this monarch and perhaps restore his widely ruined reputation. Phillipa Langley explains that while King Richard may seem like a spoiled villain in some peoples eyes, evidence from his tomb proves that several rumors were in fact incorrect. Meanwhile scientists have managed to extract some of King Henry's DNA from the corpse, allowing them to accurately reconstruct this ruler's face.
Excellent work. I like that your ocean is threatening instead of peaceful. A lot of people wrote about how peaceful the water looked. Mr. Chester

Charles Darwin (12 February 1809 – 19 April 1882) was an English naturalist who made many scientific discoveries that still influence us today. To begin with, Charles proposed the theory of natural selection. An example of this is that he believed that evolution occurred over time due to environmental adaptations followed by natural selection and reproduction. We can now conclude that his predictions turned out to be correct, although his many publications were commonly controversial throughout the population. Another of Charles Darwin’s ideas was called Malthus. this concept noted that ‘’human population, when unchecked, goes on doubling itself every twenty five years, or increases in a geometrical ratio” and “a geometric progression in which population soon exceeds food supply is what is known as a Malthusian catastrophe.” Finally, although not a discovory, Charles Darwin's fame and popularity sparked scientific interest in many people, which led to many more ideas and influential concepts. For example, Darwin’s cautious views on voluntary improvement sought to encourage those with good traits in “positive eugenics”. In conclusion, Darwin’s ideas lead to a high increase in scientific discoveries in the 1800s which are echoed in modern science today.
Life is a maze and not an easy one! There are infinite possibilities and many paths to take; there are hallways and stairs, paths and corridors. All the directions that you could go, these choices make all the difference,
and all the time you wonder, “Did I go the right way? Should I have gone left instead of right? Down and not up?'' But you can’t go back.
Behind you doors have closed, and ahead, new doors open. Through those doors awaits hope, more choices, more failure, but more success, and maybe an end to this maze. Excellent work here. I like your poem and lots of information on Darwin. 4's. Mr. Chester

Choices
Life is a maze
and not an easy one!
There are infinite possibilities
and many paths to take;
there are hallways and stairs,
paths and corridors.
All the directions that you could go,
these choices make all the difference,
and all the time you wonder,
“Did I go the right way?
Should I have gone left instead of right?
Down and not up?''
But you can’t go back.
Behind you
doors have closed,
and ahead, new doors open.
Through those doors awaits hope,
more choices,
more failure,
but more success,
and maybe an end to this maze.
